current windows 8 developer preview version expires in March. When will a new version with metro developers tools, or separate developers tools will be released ?

I know the CONSUMER beta will be released on end of February, but this doesn't mean it will have the developers TOOLS.

I have no special insider knowledge, however I would think it's pretty obvious that updated developer tools will be available at the same time the consumer preview version is released. It wouldn't really make sense not to.
