I have submitted an app to Windows Store with Interstitial Video Ads but those Ads don't show up in the App neither the Windows Dashboard shows the Ad Unit Name and Ad Unit Id. What can be done in this case if the Advertisement is not getting Activated?

Did it mean there are no ad unit Name and Ad Unit Id in the In-app ads page of your Dev Center? Did you follow the steps of Create ad units to create your ad unit before submitting app? Under normal circumstances, after you create the ad unit, it appears in the table of available ad units in In-app ads page with Ad Unit Name and Ad Unit Id. I tested many time and never met a situation that the Ad Unit Name and Ad Unit Id don’t appear after the creation of ad unit.
Before submitting your app, did you replace the values of myAppId and myAdUnitId fields with live values from Windows Dev Center?
