I desperately trying to make ads work in my UWP application.

I implemented both banners and interstitial in my C++/XAML app using respectively a Microsoft::Advertising::WinRT::UI::AdControl and a Microsoft::Advertising::WinRT::UI::InterstitialAd object. However, I can't make them work using my own ID. To do that, I went to my dev center dashboard because it seems that the pubCenter is now deprecated (am I right?). Then I go in the "Monetization/Monetize with ads" page of my app. In the "Microsoft advertising ad units", I can create new banners and interstitials. First question: how to I choose the banner size??? Because there is no options in the dev center. If I go on my pubCenter dashboard, I can see my newly created ads, and it says that my banners are 300x250, but I have no way to change them.

When I try to use my banners and interstitial IDs, nothing works. For example, when using my interstitial ID, I receive a "Invalid XML" error through the ErrorOccurred event. How am I supposed to use my own IDs? I can't find any info about it.

However, I still cannot choose my ad banner size. Seriously... There is still no option to choose using the Windows Dev Center website, I can't do any modification through the pubCenter website. All I can do is create 300x250 banners.

This is a serious situation, and I'm really surprised that Microsoft doesn't seem to care about it...
