I exposed (published) my Orch as in screenshot below as WCF service, when the External ERP system is triggering (just once) it is creating thousands of instance calls , why is it doing that ? Do I need to use the first Receive shape in Scope ? is it because of that I am having this issue ?

可能您有订阅问题。当您向业务目标端点发送业务流程中收到的请求消息时，发布到消息框的消息可能会被新的业务流程再次使用。

Probably you have a subscription issue. As you are sending to the target endpoint the request message that is received in the orchestration, it's posible that the message published to the message box is being consumed again by a new orchestration.
