Please help,

I have a classic ASP site, that uses a Global.asa with a Session_OnStart to setup session variables. But IIS on Server 2008, does not seem to run the Global.asa. When ASP pages use the Session variables, which worked on Server 2005/IIS/ASP, they show that the session variables were not set.

Also, the new Server 2008 interface for IIS is horrible. Please go back to the 2003 style. And make CGI/ISAPI/ASP work out of the box.

While hosting classic ASP application on IIS 7.0 make sure that the directory that contains the global.asa is set as an application. For doing this simply right click on the right virtual directory and choose 'Convert To Application'.
