When I try to use on-page reference I got this error: Name would result in an internal duplicate name. "rsetting name back to the original", I folowed the few instructions I found in internet but I was not able to fix this issue.

Is this the detailed and entire error? Does this error only occur to a particular drawing or it can be reproduced in all drawings?

I tested in my Visio by dragging two on-page reference shapes into the canvas, then type a same number to label the shape, it works fine without error.
