OK  Here's my setup.  I copy the IBW (full) created by the ICE to a bootable disk.  I copy my answer file to the root directory of same disk.  I've named it Unattend.xml and Autounattend.xml.  Doesn't matter.  I put the disk in my target as disk0 and a blank disk as disk1.  The answer file is set to prep and install to disk1.  I must always search for the answer file when the IBW boots from disk0.  After that, everything works swimmingly.

The Setup automatically only install from a removeable disk, not fixed. I complained about this in the early days. - I wrote a little startnet.cmd for boot.wim and than it worked.
