when I tried to install SQL Server 2016 CTPS3.0 the following errors shows:

I checked the website the Error Massage suggested, I am pretty sure i have all the required software installed.

plus it seems like earlier CTPs allowed installation on windows 7, and then disallowed you to uninstall it. I guess they have improved the check in later CTPs.
