Hey Guys / Gals
用x64替换崩溃的x86计算机并重新安装VS2012后，我无法将我的应用程序发布到我的网站。
点击发布后，流程以此错误消息结束（缩写）：

无法复制文件。无法将"应用程序文件"添加到网站。无法连接到端口21上的'ftp.my_site'。
然后该过程失败。
所以，我虽然使用Filezilla传输一些文件，但也失败了。 Filezilla将连接但不会传输任何文件。

Hey Guys/Gals
After replacing a crashed x86 computer with x64, and reinstalling VS2012, I'm not able to publish my application to my website.
After clicking Publish, the process ends with this error message (condensed):
Failed to copy file. Unable to add 'Application Files' to the Web site. Can't connect to 'ftp.my_site' on port 21.
And then the process fails.
So, then I though I'd use Filezilla to transfer some files and that too fails. Filezilla will connect but won't transfer any files.
Now I've been searching the Internet for days and nothing seems like a clear and simple fix.
Any help would be great!

Please check to see if you have enough permission to write the file.
