I am having a problem with creating an App Package for a WP 8.1 App. When I try to input my logn credentials and after typing in th verification code (2 step verification), I get the following error:

I was able to get past this page (tried it like 20 times, even rebooted my PC) but there was an error creting a package (I jsut had to run a rebuild command on one of the libraries) - but now I cannot get past login information - nothing was changed in the PC environment and I can log in to the Developer Web Page.
