I recently published "The Zombie Apocalypse" to the Windows Phone store(13.10.2014 dd/mm/yyyy). The game didn't show up. Then I published a update as some game ratings were missing, nothing changed. I searched for the game in the store by it's full name as well as by the tags of the game, but it couldn't be found anywhere. The game can be downloaded from the link that I can find in the Dev Center, it also did pass the tests and Microsoft did send me the email of the approval of the game. The game is supposed to be published in all available markets.

What's the problem? Here are some things I suspect that may have caused this:

Does anyone know why this is happening? For the record I also went through some trouble when adding the age ratings(the dev center gave multiple reports of not being able to do this now, but in the end I got them working). I also added an AdControl inside the game without finishing my tax profile, but I believe this is irrelevant because why couldn't the taxes be collected the day I recieve my money from Microsoft? Any help is appreciated!

One issue is that there are several apps with similar names to yours. Yours might just be getting lost in all the other Zombie games (searching for the actual app name doesn't seem to work well in the store).

One other thing to check: have you actually published the game? When you submit an app you have the option of automatically publishing (once approved) or waiting to manually publish after approval. If you chose the latter the app would be approved, but you would have to log into your account and manually hit the publish button. If you look at the approval email it says something like 'if you chose to manually publish you can do this now'.

You might be able to find it in the store by searching for your publisher name instead of the app title.
