The company that I work for has asked me to create an application that will constantly run in the background on a Windows Phone 8.0.

I need to be able to track the geolocation and send in the latitude and longitude from the background, I am currently able to do this from the background process however I have read in places that this will be stopped automatically after 4 hours, and if the user was to restart the phone the process would no longer be in the background.
