我们正在开发提供商托管的App，它将访问视频rest apis以获取视频频道和视频。

Hi Team,

We are developing provider hosted App which will access video rest apis to get video channels and videos. 
 This app uses "user access token" but only works with tenant read permission from App manifest.  

Need to check if any other permission is available under App manifest can do the job of getting results 
 back from video portal hub. Also not sure if Tenant Admin can approve app addition request 
 from any site user, as this App requires tenant read permissions.

Is it a valid approach to use tenant read permissions for accessing video rest apis?

To access the Video API from your application, you'll need to register it in Azure AD with permissions at the appropriate scope.
