We have deployed our PHA on PHA server.

Earlier we used to remove add/full trust on app by using our ID. but suddenly while testing the app we observed time out issue. PHA does not save the data in SharePoint list and throws time out issue. If we remove and add the app again then it redirect to storefront.aspx page and says your tenant administrator has to approve this app. We have checked app manifest before check -in. site collection, user profile all has full control.

Please try to upload the .app file into your app catalog then the approval process will kick in and you can then use your client ID and secret in your app only scenario.
