I have installed TFS 2008 + Team Explorer 2008 sucessfully. I have now installed TSWA 2008 on the TFS machine with Windows Authentication.
I can't access TSWA either on the TFS machine itself or from another workstation:
On the server, logged on as the TFSSetup user using http:/<server name>/:8090 - I get "You are not authorized to view this page"
On another workstation, using another user (who is a TFS Administrator) http:/<server name>/:8090 - I get "You are not authorized to view this page"
If however, I try http:/localhost/:8090 on the server I can access TSWA OK.
If I try http:/<server ip address>/:8090 on either the server or workstation, I am prompted to supply user credentials. If I supply the TFSSetup account name, I can get access, otherwise I can't.
I have looked for the 'tswa users' local group on the server, but I can't see one. Is this group only used by TSWA 2005?
I've looked at the TWSA website in IIS manager and its using the tswapool1 Application pool which using the 'Network Service' as its identity. Is this right?
I don't know what else to check or change. Any thoughts?

An update:
I have uninstalled TSWA and reinstalled it (all on the TFS Machine using the TFSSetup account) and I am still getting the same symptoms. Also, there is still no "TSWA Users" local group being created. I am getting an error (in Bold ) in the installation log as follows:
