When I try to translate the entire document, the translated content appear in a web page. How can I download the contents of the webpage into a word document. Even if I try to copy paste the entire content and paste into a word document, it does not work.

You can simple save the webpage as HTML from Internet Explorer (CTRL + S). You can then open the file in word and resave it as .doc.
