当你提到代理是否透明或其他？连接到透明代理的方式与连接到不透明代理的方式不同。支持的FTP代理是IMHO透明的。还有"主动/被动"模式。需要

I am trying to connect proxy FTP serve using both static & dynamic port. But all message are failing with error \

"Unable to connect to FTP server "XXXXXXXXXXXX" as user abc@pqr. Inner exction details"  No FTP server found at specified address"

At my environment firewall is disabled, but i have checked FTP checkbox option in

Allow programs to communicate through windows firewall

On the other hand with same credential & box i am able to connect to ftp server using Command prompt, Filezila &Socket programing.

Can any one suggest me what could be the issue.

Is the destination server/port the same for when you connect manually (FTP client) and through BizTalk?

When you mention proxy is it transparent or otherwise? The way you connect to a transparent proxy is different from the way you connect to a non-transparent one. The supported FTP proxy is IMHO transparent. There is also the mode "Active/Passive" which needs to be considered.
