Hi,
I am trying to do IE8 compatibility testing using the IECTT tool.
IECTT = Internet Compatibility Test Toolkit from Microsoft.

I installed all components of ACT 5.5
Since I am only checking IE compatibility, I did not install any data evaluators.

But IECTT is not working.
It is not logging any realtime IE8 events as I browse the web pages.

Hi,

Is there anybody who knows what I could be missing?
Although (I think so) that ACT config does not have anything to do with IECTT working, I still configured ACT 5.5 , the log parsing service and a file share.

still IE8 does not display the 'compatibility mode logging is enabled' message.
My IECTT is running and the logging is enabled.

Can somebody from Microsoft point me to the right contact, so that I can reach them at least?
