I have the software for Microsoft Office Communication Server 2007 R2, but I want to test the APIs related to Live Meeting Service, with my application. Is the API and XML same if I use the Communication Server within my organization (integrated with Active Directory) and I pass my corporate login details in the XML used for the API calls?

No the LiveMeeting API is designed to talk to the LiveMeeting hosted service not to OCS.  If you want to do meeing scheduling against OCS, then you need to use the UCMA API.  Or you can use the OCS Web Scheduling tool which you can download from here:
