Hello, I am an administrator on EC21.com. I am having trouble with Windows Live Messenger IM Control API.

We have the live messenger interface on our site in order for our members to communicate one another.

e.g. http://www.ec21.com/ec-market/card.html: You can see the Windows Live Presence icons on the list when members log-in.

On this page (http://settings.messenger.live.com/applications/websignup.aspx?returnurl=http://www.ec21.com/global/basic/setLiveMessenger.jsp&privacyurl=http://www.ec21.com/html/ec/TC/TC_02.html) , members set up their messenger. But It does not work anymore. When we click " I accept", it says  'Sorry, your settings can't be saved right now. Please try again later. '

At this moment, we can't use your service. Please check this problem and solve. We also want to know why this happens and the solution if we can do anything for this.
