My computer is a windows vista home preimum. My windows messenger have been working normall until after i did a update on my computer from windows update to update a service pack 2. The msn messanger has failed to work then. I have tried uninstalling but the problems still persists.

The messenger troubleshoot information say that my internet connection may have problems but i can still sign in to yahoo messenger, even the internet. The information also mention that the proxy setting is wrong???

I am guessing that the update caused this problem....... but how to fix this????
