I am trying to install WLK 1.6 on Windows Server 2008 R2 64-bit, followed all theprocedures manual for deployment in a working group but in the middle of the installation process an error occurs: "Unexpected Configuration Error". Please I would like to know what could be causing this error, and what procedure should I follow to succeed in the installation.

I'm also getting this. I've tried installing on a laptop with Win 7 Home Premium and also in a VirtualBox instance running Win 7 Ultimate. Both were fully up-to-date. The error happens when installing the Driver Test Manager.

I'm using WLK_1.6_8367.iso, downloaded from https://connect.microsoft.com/site668/Downloads. I've tried downloading it again; same error. I assume File Transfer Manager verifies the download anyway?
