I Cn dwll that my computer is very hot and I have added several programs recently, but there is no SYSTEM RESTORE POINTS  keft anymore for the time I added these programs.  I cannot afford a big tech bill and I am hearing impaired and I use this compuiter to communicate.  Please let me know what I should do ASAP,

I an sorry for the messed up post.  My conputer screen keeps flixkering and acting like it might shut down altogether.  I do not have any SYSTEM RESTORE points for the date I believe the problem occurred.  The rest of the post id sorrect.  I am just upset about my comouter because I need it,  It is indeed my lifeline to the world,  I can fix almost any problem with the proper guidance.  Please take a minute to help someone on diability to fix her lifeline.  Thsnk you so much.
