I have a project in a foreign country; we have sent men to complete it and they live on-site.

The project calendar is set up to show a 6-day working week.  However, we pay the men for 7-days per week.

At the moment Project is only applying their costs for the 6-day period.  What do I need to do to establish that the resources are only working a 6-day week but we are paying them for 7 days?

One approach might be to increase the Standard Rate for each resource so that 6 days of work generates 7 days of total Cost for each resource.  Just a thought.  Hope this helps.
