I'm in the same boat here, I have sent off a support ticket to Microsoft and will try to update if I hear anything back.

Ok trying a different browser worked. I used Chrome, not exactly what MS want to hear I'm sure, their own browser, IE11, not displaying one of their own sites correctly. I tried turning off compatibility lists, etc, but couldn't get IE11 to display the page correctly. So try using a different browser for now and we can chase up MS for a fix.
