I've an XPe image with FBWF and Registry Filter enabled and in some units C:\Windows\System32 folder has been corrupted. That folder is not included on FBWF exceptions so I do not understand how can it be corrupted.

Problem is that if system32 folder is corrupted the system cannot boot, so only way to recover the system is conecting our CF on PC and make an error correction with automatic repair. So it seems to be a corruption of NTFS file system.

Investigating quite more, I've seen that FBWF is not well configured. On TD I've protected volume C: but on my runtime image if I make fbwfmgr /displayconfig I can see that protected volume is \Device\HarddiskVolume2 wich I think that corresponds to unit D:

I've tried to modify unit C: with Fbwf enabled and I can do permanent changes so C is not protected.

I don't understand why FBWF is protecting D?
