I created a Personal.xlsb file by recording a macro (I couldn't figure out any other way to do it).

Now I've written a macro in that same Module (BoldMe is the recorded one, toy1 is the one I wrote) ...

But when I try to run that macro from another workbook, although the macro is "seen" the Run button is disabled:

Note that the only enabled button is "Create" - but the macro obviously already exists.

I have to admit to a lot of confusion on my part but I thought I correctly understood that macros in Personal.xlsb were available to all workbooks.
