Hi guys,

Is there a public API (or known way) to read from a user's temporary internet files location?  It looks like there is an index.dat file that is somehow used to map a URL to the file's actual location in the temporary folder.  Looking around online the only thing I've found so far is this: http://www.latenighthacking.com/projects/2003/reIndexDat/

I really, really don't want to have to write code to reverse engineer that file.  Does anyone know of any other ways?
