Does lightswitch running on the desktop send cookies to WCF calls? I intend to call a WCF service from lightswitch, and I need the authentication cookie on the service side in order to do user authorization for different operations.

If you enable authentication in your LightSwitch app (select either Windows or Forms authentication in the Access Control tab in the Project Properties), then LightSwitch will send cookies to its server no matter if you are running as a Desktop or Web application.
