BizUnit is meant to perform integration testing of distributed systems. But still we need to write custom things to automate the process.

In your case either you can create a file receive location from where Biztalk picks files which will be placed using BizUnit. This file should be manually created to contain the debatched output which is supposed to go to MessageBox.
