Using Platform Builder free-of-charge (evaluation edition) can you produce legal OS images and distribuite them?

 

Or, have you to pay a PB to produce OS image to sell all around the world?

 

And, is there any system registry key or data in the Windows CE device saying what PB version you used (i.e. evaluation ed.)?
