GetMonthlySpend（）返回0 [英] GetMonthlySpend() returns 0

Hi Team，

Hi Team,

We are trying to get our monthly cost using method "GetMonthlySpend()" which comes under "CustomerBilling" class.

But it is always return 0 although we can view the monthly spend on panel.
