Questions/Issues with Delivery Plan in Visual Studio's

Thank you for reaching out. For Markers, we do not have the capability to display the Markers without a click to activate yet. Our initial design choice was to avoid noise, so we made them available upon click. I understand your feedback for an option to configure this.

The Delivery Plan is based on the iteration path because we render work on a calendar element based on the sprint it is expected to be delivered/shipped. For this version, if Kanban teams want to leverage Plans, they will have to opt into the iterations/sprints defined in their project and assign work into the appropriate iteration paths.
