We have databas in Access with people which go tennis education. Twice in year we send payment information to every student. Rapport we take out has payment information one page pro student in the one file for all students. My question is: We want sent the specifik information (one page) from the big file to students e-mail adress. We have e-mail adress in Tabell in the students record in Access. How can we create for every student the mail with e-mail address, text and PDF file with specific payment information.

Note that if you are using an earlier version of Access you might find that the colour of some form objects such as buttons shows incorrectly and you will need to  amend the form design accordingly.

In this little demo file an invoice can be emailed as a PDF file to the relevant customer.  This is done by basing the report on a query which references the current invoice number in the form as a parameter.  In your case the report's query would reference the StudentID or similar.  You will need to create a  copy of your current unrestricted report based on a query with a parameter.

Note that, when outputting the report directly as a PDF attachment, you cannot filter a report to a student as you would when calling the OpenReport method.
