Allowed windows security to 'update' but could not open internet so restored to last 'point'. Now when I try to print a page from the internet, the print preview window is blank and nothing is sent to print. I don't even get a blank page off.

have tried uninstalling the printer and reinstalling but the system does not even see the disc in the CD slot - I am not an IT expert so I am relying on any advice I can find on the internet.
