I uploaded everything, app, description, pics, links, you name it.  Hit SAVE.  All looks good, except that the submit page won't allow it.  It says items are missing, basically everything but the XAP show up as errors for missing information.

If I click on COMPLETE the app, there is all my information, pics and all, still there.  But it won't let me proceed...

try deleting your temporary internet files and clearing your browser cache.  I would also use ie when submitting the app
