there is a macro component that supports installation of this
it can be found under teh test and development node of the target designer
look for Microsoft sql express 2005 macro

i would advise that you remove the dotnet 2 component that is pulled in after checking and replace it with the dotnet v2 deps component instead as that will let you install dot net packages downloaded from the windows xp area from microsoft and thus you can easily upgrade your dot net. whereas the dotnet that is part of target designer is rather unhappy about upgrades and such. Rememeber if auto dependancies is on that it will keep pulling in the dotnet 2 component from target designer and you need to remove it prior to build if you are going to use the dotnetv2 instead
