I have created xxxx.chm help file for my application using HelpWorkshop 1.4. This file however is causing troubles for me. It is working fine in some folders and failing in others.

Spaces are fine.  It's the "#" that's causing the problem.  The help viewer interprets it as an unsafe character in the path and won't load the help file.  Remove the "#" from the folder name or rename it "CSharp" and you'll be able to load the file from that location.
