I have been trying to put windows10 IOT core for minnowboard on SD card.

DISM失败率为10％，错误核心23：我试过更换SD卡和通过Windows启动指南使用推荐的SD卡。

DISM fails at 10% with the error core 23: I have tried changing SD cards and using both the recommended SD cards by windows start up guide.

Pi2 windows核心也会发生同样的事情，但复制到47％后会停止。

Same thing happens for Pi2 windows core but it stops after copying to 47%.
