Hi, so I figured thst since you can install and update app packages using WinAppDeployCmd tool on windows 10, can this same method be used to install an app to raspberry pi 2 or the dragonboard 410c without powershell?

The best and simplest way to deploy appx from the Desktop is through the Web management tool.
