When deploying applications in companies with many computers the IT department might install the application remotely via command line etc. I have an issue where my application will be deployed this way and on the target computers the users are running without administrator privileges.

I would like to know whether it is possible to install a device driver before the device has been connected. If not, the general user will get a hardware wizard when the device is connected. However administrator privileges are required for this so the installation will fail. What options do I have? The targeted OSes are Windows XP, Vista and Win 7.
