我在Microsoft Project中使用Stretching概念。

我有2个SS关系任务

我有一个资源即eng

我将它分配给我的所有2个任务进行了分配

所以我解决了通过拉伸进行分配

但是我在开始字段中看到的时间

所有这两项任务都是在同一时间开始的。

怎么可能，因为资源Eng一次只能启动一个工作。

如果任务A在上午8:00启动并且执行此任务Eng工作4小时意味着任务B需要在下午1:00开始，但为什么Msp显示任务在开始字段的8:00 AM同时开始。

MS Project不会自动拉伸。

I work with Stretching concept in Microsoft Project.

I have 2 task with SS relationship

I have one resource namely eng

I assign it to my all 2 task the overallocation takes place

So that I solved overallocation by strectching

But the when I see in the start field

All the two tasks are start at the same time.

How come it is possible because the resource Eng is able to start only one work at a time .

If the task A starts on 8:00AM and for this task Eng works for 4 hours means Task B need to start on 1:00pm but why Msp is Showing both the task starts at same time on 8:00 AM in start field.

Hi,

MS Project will not do this stretching automatically.

To make it happen, go to the resource ribbon and click "Level All".

You may also want to look at the leveling options.
