I am receiving error MSB4024 ->

Unexpected end of file while parsing Comment has occurred. hence

--> there is an error for toolset.target -> also my tool set is not loading in the VB community 2017  

what might have caused toolset to failed. There is one more thing i am using 64 bit but due to project dependencies i may have to use 32 bit platform toolset .

Welcome to the MSDN forum.

The error MSB4024 denotes a malformed project file. Please check the XML structure of the project generating the error.

To repair the toolset, please run the VS 2017 installer as administrator and choose More-Repair to repair VS, then check it again.
