问题描述

firstly, I install "vs_professional_2013", and the VS2013 is used smoothly. Then I uninstall VS2013, and install VS2015, and after that I uninstall VS2015 again and install VS2013.

And by doing the above actions, I can use C# coding successfully, but if I new a C++ project, no matter what kind of projects, when I build this project it always report the following error:

Have you installed the latest version of VS2013? And I suggest you can try to repair your vs by Control panel=>programs=>programs and features=>right-click vs=>change to repair.
