Hi, I'm currently working on a Windows 10 UWP application and I need to send raw push notifications to mobile / Windows devices based on tags.  I've already tested my code for receiving the raw push but cannot find any information on how to send them from <g class="gr_ gr_91 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace" data-gr-id="91" id="91">windows</g> 10 application.  Any help would be great.
