If I have an icon and I want to use it for my built MFC executables, how would I use something I pick up from Iconfinder?

I have used the bitmap editor to handdraw my own bitmap but it has been a while since I have chosen an external icon of some kind.

From the solution explorer right click on the resource files entry and select Add Resource from the context menu.  You can download the icons form Iconfinder in several formats including .ico and .png.
