I tried downloading and installing the Web 4 SP1 update twice this morning. The installer runs but stops as it can't find the Web_en.msi file in the setup folder. I searched my entire hard drive for this file during the install and do not have it, so it has not been unpacked into the wrong place.

Chris, the only way I have been able to get it to find the correct file is to dl the trial version, start the install process until it has unpacked the files to a folder on the c drive with a bunch of numbers, go back the the install for sp1, locate that folder with the  correct file, the process then continues and once finished I cancel the install of the trial d. This time I did keep it on my computer so if called for I can repeat the process.
