I have migrated/upgraded a collection from TFS 2013.3 to TFS 2015.3. One thing that we have noticed was that on the Feature Work item it is missing the Effort, Value Area, and Time Criticality fields. What are the ramifications of these fields not being there? When you create a brand new project in the upgraded collection the Feature does have the missing fields.

After the migration, you need to update team projects that were created in earlier versions of Team Foundation Server (TFS) to use new features added in the new version of TFS. If you did an upgrade migration you can update team projects by using the Configure Features wizard. If you migrate from one TFS to another then you can Add updates to the old team projects manually.
