One of the software components from our solution needs to be installed across all platforms, this includes all devices running any OS on any hardware. I recently came to know .NET native , and I am thrilled. Since we are startup we recently registered Bizspark program and got approved for availing the benefits today. And we are planning to use  Visual studio community edition 2013 for our development.

The question is , shall we be able to use .NET native inside this community edition. When will the stable version of .NET native will be released and will it be available inside community edition of visual studio. If not, what could be the alternative for us. Since we are a startup, we cannot afford anything expensive. Could you please advise.
