Hi,
I would like to use passthrough mode of modem but when I tried to use SetIsPassthroughEnabledAsync or GetIsPassthroughEnabledAsync I got the error Unspecified error (Excep_FromHResult 0x80004005).
I'm working on windows 10 1709 build 16299.
Is anybody could help me using this method?
Does it exist special settings for this method?

This MobileBroadbandModem is only available to mobile operator apps and UWP apps given privileged access by mobile network operators.
If you want to use this API and publish your app to the Store, you will need special approval. For more information, see the Special and restricted capabilities section under App capability declarations.
You can refer the official Mobile broadband sample.

Besides, some Special-use capabilities also require a special company account for submission to the Store to use them (restricted capabilities that are only available to Microsoft and its partners).
